CONDITION REPORT
Reference 2420 is a rare and early bumper automatic model by Omega. This example has a superb yellow dial. The minute and seconds calibrations are combined as one track to the inside of the hour markers and the proportions of the hands are shortened in order to meet the tracking, which would more usually be seen to the outer edge of the dial. The serial number of the this watch dates it back to 1944, so it was most likely produced during WW2. The amazing dial is in good condition but has some marks, but it is a real eye catcher tbh. The watch incorporatesthe 28,10 RA caliber whicis a slightly smaller variant of Omega’s first automatic calibre, the 30,10 RA. The casing is in very good condition. The crown is a period correct Omega signed one. The movement has been serviced by our watchmaker and checked for correct accuracy and correct functioning.
