CONDITION REPORT
This 1962 Omega Constellation is a true masterpiece. It has a lovely silver dial with amazing patina and the coolest crosshair. The stainless steel case is in great condition and has and has beautiful dog leg lugs. The caseback has the typical Omega Constellation observatory and is in good shape. The crown is the original octagonal one (rare indeed). It has batton markers and dauphine hands. This particular reference 14902 62 SC was in production from 1960 until 1962, which makes it one of the last of this batch. It houses cal 561. The window at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by first turning the hands through midnight so the date changes, then immediately turning the hands backwards to 21:00 and then forward through midnight again. The movement is working flawlessly and as it should. It has been checked by our watchmaker for correct accuracy and correct functioning.
