Rolex Datejust 1601 ‘Linnen dial’

Rolex created the flagship Datejust in 1945, in celebration of the brands 40th Anniversary. The Datejust is just the perfect everyday watch. This particular reference 1601 with its white gold fluted bezel dates back to  1971.  The silver ‘linnen’ dial gives a clean look to it, it has no lume plots and the hands are no lume ones as well. Some collectors call these dials CERN dials.  The watch houses a cal 1570 automatic movement, which has been fully serviced. The stainless steel casing has not been polished and is super sharp. The watch has its original Rolex signed crown. The watch comes on an original Rolex Jubilee bracelet with big logo clasp signed 1/71 wich reffers to January 1971, this gives the watch the ultimate look. It has been serviced by our watchmaker for correct accuracy and correct functioning.
