Rolex Datejust ref 1601 ‘Polar White dial’

Rolex created the flagship Datejust in 1945, in celebration of the brands 40th Anniversary. The Datejust is just the perfect everyday watch. This particular reference 1601 with its white gold fluted bezel dates back to 1973.  The coolest thing about this watch is that it has a rare Polar White glossy dial, this makes this watch very desirable. The lume dots are the original Tritium ones and match the colour of the batton hands.  The watch houses a cal 1570 automatic movement, which has been fully serviced. The stainless steel casing has been polished slightly polished before sale but is still in good condition. The watch has its original Rolex signed crown. The watch comes on an original Rolex Jubilee bracelet. It has been checked by our watchmaker for correct accuracy and correct functioning.
